1. Use an Australian manual proxy or proxy server like au.worldproxy.tracking202.com
This proxy works really slow though! :S But I haven’t found another working proxy so far 
2. Go to stardoll.com with the proxy.
3. Log in.
4. Turn off the manual proxy or leave the proxy server.
